About the LBJ Band Percussion Section
LBJ percussion is an award winning percussion section. LoneStar percussion champions, all-state percussion soloists & ensembles, all-state marching band, as well as other accolades. We are comprised of a drumline (snares, tenors, basses, and cymbal line), and a pit (keyboard players, timpani, synthesizer, and percussionists) in the fall semester. In the spring, we are divided into our respective symphonic ensembles, and percussion ensembles.
